Quality is the main theme of the employee journey at FSS, starting with our developed recruitment strategy.

It’s not so much experience that makes the ideal FSS employee – it’s attitude and behaviour – the motivation to learn, develop and produce high quality work that delivers for our customers.

The new training programme for engineers has been in place since November 2023 ensuring that all our engineers are fully compliant from day one in terms of H&S and FSS basics with Quality embedded in all activities.

Engineers move up through levels based on skills and ability and are provided with dedicated training and support throughout. This effective training programme is currently being rolled out to the whole business.

All internal people management processes are centred around the FSS published Vision – to deliver outstanding benchmark solutions and service for fuel storage provision to our partners and clients in the UK.
