International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) celebrates the achievements of women in engineering and engineering businesses, recognising the vital role they play in shaping our world.

Organised by the Women’s Engineering Society (WES), INWED shines a spotlight on the innovation, expertise, and dedication of women engineers across the globe.

At FSS, we are proud to champion diversity within our industry and to continue bucking the trend. Women make up around 35% of the team, significantly higher than the industry average, and their contribution is instrumental to our success.
