Fuel Storage Solutions is a proud member of the government organisation – The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)

The ERS recognises private sector support of veterans leaving the forces. As a Silver Award holder we pledge, demonstrate and advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align our values with the Armed Forces Covenant which we have signed.

Signing up for this initiative has paid great dividends for us as a business – particularly in operational terms – but more importantly for the individuals we have supported and employed as they re-enter civilian life. Our highlights include:

• We currently have 9 ex-military personnel on our payroll
• They are all carrying out significant engineering work throughout the UK
• We have provided training and familiarisation for all our people
• FSS welcomes all ex-military staff to apply for roles with us
• We are proud to support our armed forces
• We donate regularly to Hull4 heroes
