Congratulations to Vince McCarry on 8 years of achievement at FSS

Joining FSS 8 years ago as Operations Manager, Vince has made an ongoing and significant contribution to our business ever since. In 2020 he was appointed Operations Director to support company founders, Jonathan and Katharine.

Here’s what Katharine thinks about having Vince around:

“Vince is a stalwart and has taken the business of FSS to new plains. 

The combination of his measured approach, evaluation skills, intelligence and work ethic have been invaluable to the expansion of the business over the years.  Many of the roles currently in existence in FSS may not have been possible without him. 

On a personal note, being a Director can be a lonely business (as Vince is the first to say).  Vince is a great source of support to me when things get tough.  We make a great team and work together to build an improved FSS every day.  Dedication and commitment are 2 words I would attribute to Vince.  He has never let us down”.

Now working closely alongside Vince is our Head of Sales, Stuart Barr, who has this to say and is also fulsome in his praise:
