Congratulations to Stuart Burton, Senior Engineer, on 19 years at FSS

Starting at FSS as a Field Engineer in 2006 Stuart was one of our first full time employees following our launch in 2002.

Working the length and breadth of the UK from Shetland to Belfast, to the Isles of Scilly and all points in between, he is known by name, with customers extending him a warm welcome. His expertise is second to none, coupled with his focus and dedication to achieving effective and lasting outcomes.

Stuart has also earned a high level of respect amongst fellow team members, nurturing younger Engineers, and building and maintaining effective relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Stuart continues to impart knowledge; just last week he was in Scotland pressure testing and training another FSS engineer on how to safely decommission petrol and diesel tanks. Six in total across three sites for Scottish Police.

Always the first to put his hand up to do overtime, whatever the job, never minding what it is or where it is. A ‘can do’ attitude that sets a shining example to others. At the ‘sharp end’ of our business he just gets on with the job with never a complaint or a cross word.
