Caring for our Team – Life Assurance for all

At Fuel Storage Solutions, we believe that supporting our team goes beyond the workplace. For the past 6 years, we’ve provided Life Assurance policies for every team member from their very first day with us.

This initiative was introduced in memory of our colleague, Carl Jones, a valued Engineer who sadly and unexpectedly passed away in 2019. At the time, we had no support structure in place to assist his family — a gap that deeply affected us all. In response, we committed to ensuring that no other team member’s loved ones would face such a situation without support, thereby placing them in a better position to cope financially should death in service happen again.

This is what it means to be part of a family-run business. We care deeply for our team and their families — they are at the heart of everything we do and the success we build together.
